Breath

Breathe: to take air into the lungs and then expel it. The first thing we learn while scuba training is to never hold your breath, but to always breathe. Without breathing you could not live. It’s natural, you don’t think about it. But maybe you should. For the next 60 seconds stop reading, close your eyes and just breathe. God just gave you 60 more seconds to live that were not guaranteed. God keeps putting breathes in you for a reason, you are here for a reason. When times get tough remember to breathe.

1 Peter 5:7 says “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” We often hear that God will not allow us to go through anything we cannot handle or endure, but that's not true. In life we often do have more on us than we can handle, the subtle but important difference is we do it while we lean on him. Just breathe. He’s got you.
